SHIPPING POLICY:
We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier, apart from Melbourne click & collect, all orders are shipped via ground services and can be up to 7+ business days depending on the location. Our primary shipping carriers include Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT, and other reputable carriers. Any shipping times shown on this website or by our communication are estimates only, and actual delivery times/dates can vary.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding public holidays. Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to your recieved order status communication advising that your order has been shipped. After this point, you must initiate a return if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
Click & Collect orders, you agree to collect the products from our Melbourne Parts Distribution Centre within 7 business days of you receiving the SMS text confirming that your order is ready for pick-up. If you are unable to do so, you will contact us to communicate your intended pick up day. At the time of pick-up, you agree to present to us, your recieved SMS text of order ready confirmation, a government issued identification card (such a valid driver’s license or passport).

Express Shipping (ETA: 1-3 days): Need your parts fast? Choose Express Shipping for delivery in just 1-3 days, getting you back on the road without delay.

Road Shipping (ETA: 2-6 days): For larger or heavy items, our Road Shipping option ensures efficient delivery within 2-6 days, right to your doorstep.

Express Road Shipping (ETA: 1-3 days): For those large or heavy items when time is of the essence, opt for Express Road Shipping to receive your order in just 1-3 days, perfect for those urgent parts.
- Local Delivery (ETA: Same-day or Next-day): For our metro Melbourne customers, take advantage of our in-house Local Delivery and get your parts delivered on the same day or by the next day, straight to your nominated address.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, but rest assured we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been despatched by our fulfilment team you will be supplied with order tracking via email and text (excludes Melbourne Local Delivery option).
